Access control and CCTV for BKP Group at Jalan Yos Sudarso, Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Utara. The lobby features speed-gate turnstiles for tenants and guests, card access secures tenant floors, meeting rooms and utility areas, while CCTV covers lobbies, corridors, parking basements and main entrances with centralized recording.

We configured access levels per tenant, integrated the turnstiles with the visitor management flow at reception, and set up the monitoring post with video wall layout and recording policies. Testing covered tailgating scenarios, power-failure fallback and fail-safe door behavior.

Building management received administrator training, as-built documentation and a support agreement. Year: 2019.
