Alarm Intrusion, Access Control & CCTV

Integrated security system for the head office of PT. Bank MNC Internasional, Tbk. at Jl. Kebon Sirih Raya, Jakarta Pusat. The project combined three layers of protection into one coordinated platform: an intrusion alarm system with door contacts, motion detectors and glass-break sensors covering all office floors; a card and fingerprint access control system securing server rooms, vault areas, cash-handling zones and executive floors with time-zone rules; and a CCTV network with NVR recording feeding a central monitoring room.

Our team began with a detailed site survey and risk mapping per floor, followed by supply of panels, readers, controllers, cameras and recording units from reputable brands. Installation was staged floor by floor to avoid disrupting banking operations, then came system configuration, integration testing between alarm, access and video subsystems, and commissioning witnessed by the building management.

The handover included as-built drawings, administrator training for the security team, and a yearly maintenance contract covering preventive visits, spare-part handling and priority response. Year: 2022.
